‘In this world and the next’ is a project that celebrates love in its multidimensional form. Love will exist in this world, the world before and the world after. In the Islamic tradition, God tells us that our partners were predetermined for us in a world before this one and that we will be reunited with them in the world after. With this project, Hafsa and Onu want to share the divinity of their love with you, in the hopes that you are reminded that you have met your beloved before and you will meet your beloved again.
This rug is beautifully made to order using anti-slip latex sponge, jute rug binder, and sultry velvet fabric. The warm, soft pile under your feet, and the glistening surface simply exude sophistication and charm. It comes in 35.43" x 24.80" with cotton fringe on both sides for a traditional aesthetic and is perfectly suited for wood floors or carpets.
Printed and hand stitched together, this is a home furnishing that radiates luxury.
Care instructions: To maintain cleanliness and the pristine condition of your custom rugs, vacuum regularly. Do not put in washing machine, but if necessary, gently wipe with a damp cloth. Please do not place in close proximity to fire places or burning coals/wood.
